About
Benalla Park Estate was originally a thoroughbred Stud Farm Owned and operated by Dr. Bert Inglis BVSc and his wife Rosemary.
Standing gloriously amongst the subdivision is the Benalla Park Homestead, approximately 145 years of age and still the home of the Inglis family today.
Rosemary made the final decision to keep some acreage and the family home and subdivide the remainder of the property.
Over the years, Bert and Rosemary have had successes in the Horse Racing Industry and their foundation stallion and Group 1 Oakleigh Plate winner ‘Hartbalm’ was very close to their hearts and is still on the property under the Bunya Bunya tree standing tall just outside the entrance to the Homestead.
